摘要
目的：探讨高甘油三酯血症释稀后检测对结果的影响。方法：高甘油三酯10mmol/L以上含量不等的10个样本,进行2倍,4倍,8倍,16倍稀释,然后检测每个样本检测2次求其均值。结果：高甘油三酯（10-23.00）mmol/L10个样本稀释2倍时的偏差5.26%-21.16%,稀释4倍时的偏差13.33%-31.25%,稀释8倍时的偏差20.70%-42.29%,稀释16倍时的偏差24.91%-54.26%,随着稀释度增加,甘油三酯增高。结论：稀释4倍时90%在可接受范围（靶值±25%）,稀释8倍时80%超出可接受范围,根据检验分析质量要求,稀释4倍时比较合适,可能符合实际值。
Objective： To explore the measurement affect of the results of high triglycerides.Methods：The above 10mmol/L concentration of ten different sample were carried out high triglycerides dilution of 2times,4times,8times,16times and tested.two times was detected each specimen,and the mean.Results：Triglycerides （10-23.00）mmol/L ranging sample was diluted 2-foid deviation of 5.26%-21.16%,deviation 13.33%-31.25%diluted four-fold,8-fold dilution when the deviation of 20.70%-42.27%,16times dilution when partial 24.91%-54.26%,with the increase in triglycerides levels increased the dilution.Conclusion：The acceptable rang（90.0%）was diluted 4-fold high triglycerides,Diluted 8times out of the acceptable rang （80.0%）,examination and analysis was required according to the quality （target value±25.0%）,it was diluted four-fold,more appropriate,and may comply with the true value.
