摘要
目的:观察分析梅毒血清学检验中不同方法检定的结果。方法:对我院2012年3月至2013年3月收治的50例梅毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:和TRUST、ELISA相比,TPPA具有明显较高的阳性检出率、敏感性和特异性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TPPA检验方法在梅毒的检验中具有较高的阳性检出率、敏感性和特异性,值得在临床广为推广。
Objective：To observe and analyze the test results of different methods in syphilis serology.Methods：The clinical data of 50 cases of syphilis patients who had been treated in our hospital from March,2012 to March,2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results：Compared to TRUST,ELISA,the positive rate,sensitivity and specificity of TPPA was significantly higher, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：TPPA test method has higher positive rate,sensitivity and specificity in the syphilis test,and deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.
