摘要
目的：观察在原发性高血压药物治疗过程中使用厄贝沙坦联合非洛地平或雷米普利的疗效及安全性,以探寻更好的治疗高血压方案。方法：选择2010年1月-2012年10月我院收治的原发性高血压患者90例为研究对象,随机分为两组,实验组给予厄贝沙坦联合非洛地平治疗,对照组给予厄贝沙坦联合雷米普利治疗,观察两组治疗效果与不良反应。结果：实验组患者45例,有效42例,总有效率高于对照组患者,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义；实验组与对照组患者的不良反应比较P〉0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论：使用厄贝沙坦联合非洛地平对原发性高血压患者可以取得较好的疗效,其总有效率高于厄贝沙坦联合雷米普利的总有效率,且安全性较高,患者不良反应少,值得应用。
