摘要
目的:观察罗比卡因复合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉效果,以供临床参考。方法:选择2009年10月至2012年9月我院妇科手术患者143例作为研究对象,均采用硬膜外阻滞麻醉。根据随机原则分组,A组给予罗比卡因,B组给予罗比卡因复合舒芬太尼。对比两组患者麻醉效果、不良反应的差异性。结果:对比两组麻醉效果发现,B组优良率明显高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组不良反应发现,B组不良反应发生率明显高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科手术中采用罗比卡因复合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉可以取得较满意的麻醉效果,且不良反应较小,值得在今后的临床工作中予以推广应用。
Objective：To observe ropivacaine combined with sufentanil for epidural anesthesia, for clinical reference. Methods：Choose 143 cases from Oct. 2009 to Sep. 2012 in our hospital as research object, using epidural anesthesia, random grouping, group A received Robbie ropivacaine, group B received Robbie ropivacaine and sufentanil. Compared 2 groups of patients with anesthesia, adverse reactions.Results：Anesthesia effect of the 2 group, the good rate of group B was significantly higher than that in group A , the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Adverse effects of group B was significantly higher than that in group A, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ropivacaine and sufentanil Robbie epidural anesthesia in gynecological operation can be achieved satisfactory anesthesia effect, and less adverse reactions, it is worth to be popularized in clinical work in the future.
