摘要
目的:探讨结肠癌患者术后肺部感染发病的危险因素及控制措施。方法:通过对2010年1月-2012年12月期间我院收治的122例结肠癌患者进行回顾性分析,其中有32例结肠癌术后肺部感染病例,对其进行非条件Logistic回归分析,找出结肠癌术后肺部感染发病的独立危险因素。结果:经统计结肠癌术后肺部感染率为26.23%,主要病原菌为革兰阴性杆菌,占72.41%;经Logistic回归分析结果显示,手术操作不规范(β=0.956,OR=5.762)、术中失血过多(β=1.253,OR=7.328)、低蛋白血症(β=1.121,OR=6.563)、介入性导管留置(β=1.020,OR=6.052)是结肠癌术后引起肺部感染发生的危险因素。结论:结肠癌手术后发生肺部感染的发病率较高,应该尽早诊断,合理补充营养,提高机体免疫力,尽量减少结肠癌术后引发肺部感染的死亡率,提高患者治愈率。
Objective：The risk factors and control measures for the invasion of postoperative pulmonary infection in colon cancer patients were discussed.Methods：122 colon cancer patients who had treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively, among them there were 32 cases of postoperative pulmonary infection in colon cancer patients.The non-conditional Logistic regression method were used to find out the independent risk factors which triggered postoperative pulmonary infection in colon cancer patients.Results：The ratio of postoperative pulmonary infection in colon cancer patients was 72.41% after statistics, the main pathogenic bacteria was gram-negative bacillus, accounting for 35.67%. The results of logistic regression showed that not standard operation procedure （β=0.956,OR=5.762）, excessive perioperative bleeding （β=1.253,OR=7.328）, hypoproteinemia （β=1.121,OR=6.563） and interventional catheter assembly （β=1.020,OR=6.052） were the risk factors which triggered postoperative pulmonary infection in colon cancer patients.Conclusion：Disease incidence rate of postoperative pulmonary infection in colon cancer patients was high, it should be diagnosed as early as possible, supplied reasonable nutrition and improved immunity, and the mortality of postoperative pulmonary infection in colon cancer patients should be minimized, then the cure rate would be improved.
