摘要
利用模拟实验装置模拟钻井液在井下工作的真实状态,对于获得钻井液的各项性能指标、优选钻井液体系以及实现安全、高效的钻井起到十分重要的作用。介绍了模拟实验装置设计的基本原理和方法,并对动力学相似理论进行了总结。分析了常规钻井液模拟装置的现状,介绍了模拟装置耐温、耐压、可视的特点、功能及其应用,对目前现有的钻井液动态循环模拟实验装置进行了总结和分析。最后讨论了钻井液循环模拟装置的发展趋势。
Using the experimental device to simulate the actual working status of drilling fluid, it played a significant role in obtaining the property index of drilling fluid, filtering drilling fluid system and achieving safe and efficient drilling. The paper introduced the basic principles and methods of simulation device design and summarizes dynamics similarity theory. Present situation of general experimental devices were analyzed, and currently existing drilling fluid circulation simulation experiment device were summarized and analyzed through the realizable functions and characteristics of temperature, pressure and visualization. Finally, the development trends of drilling fluid circulation simulation experiment device were discussed.
