素有"中国第一文化酒"之称的舍得酒,经检测含有多种生理活性成分,加之稳定一致的"香气幽雅,粮香陈香馨逸,醇厚绵柔,细腻圆润,甘洌净爽,回味悠长"的个性风格,被成功写入国家标准(GB/T21820-2008),成为中国"幽雅、舒适、健康"型白酒之尊崇级标杆。就其风格来源进行探秘,以飨读者。
known as Chinese first cultural liquor, Shede liquor has a variety of physiologically active ingredient, combined with stable and consistent personality style of elegant aroma, grain fragrance, soft and mellow, sweet and pure, and long aftertaste. Due to its outstanding character, Shede liquor has been successfully indexed in national standard （GB/T21820-2008）, and become a model of Chinese liquor with the style of elegant, comfortable and healthy. In this article, the origin of the style was investigated and elucidated.
