摘要
目的:了解隆阳区不同年龄段麻疹免疫球蛋白G (IgG)抗体水平,为计划免疫工作提供科学依据。方法采取分层整群抽样方法,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定398例健康人群血清麻疹IgG抗体水平。结果共抽样本398例,麻疹抗体阳性358例,麻疹抗体阳性率89.95%;各年龄组间麻疹抗体水平比较差异有统计学意义(F=2.494,P=0.016);各乡镇间麻疹IgG抗体水平比较差异有统计学意义(F=12.467,P=0.000);麻疹疫苗接种剂次与麻疹IgG抗体水平比较差异无统计学意义(F=0.771,P=0.545)。结论隆阳区麻疹IgG抗体处在较高水平,已建立有效免疫屏障,对边远山区麻疹IgG抗体水平相对较低和13~<18岁青少年适时强化免疫,防止发生小规模爆发。
Objective To learn about the measles immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody levels of different age groups in Longyang district so as to provide the scientific basis for the planned immunization program. Methods By adopting the stratified cluster sam-piing method,serum antibody level of measles IgG was detected in 398 healthy people by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results 398 samples were collected and 358 cases were positive measles antibody with the measles antibody positive rate of 89.95% ;the measles antibody levels had statistical difference among the different age groups (F=2. 494, P=0. 016);the mea-sles antibody levels had statistical difference among the different townships (F=12. 467, P=0. 000) ;there was no statistical differ-ence between the times of measles vaccination and the measles IgG antibody level (F=0. 771 ,P=0. 545). Conclusion The measles IgG antibody in Longyang district is at a high level and the effective immune barrier has been built. The teenagers with relatively low Ig G antibody level in remote mountain areas and aged 13-18 years should be timely given supplementary immunization in or-der to prevent the outbreak of small scale of measles.
