摘要
为了确保切梗丝和膨化与干燥工序的梗丝质量,减少加工过程中的损耗,提高梗丝利用率,进行了烟梗分组在线加工的初步试验研究.研究结果表明,烟梗分组加工具有以下优点:①梗丝结构较好;②梗丝加工总损耗率较低;③梗丝感官质量较好.
In order to ensure the quality of stem in cutting and puffing and drying process, reduce the loss in the process, improve the utilization rate of peduncle, a preliminary experimental study was conducted on tobacco stem group online processing. The results showed that the tobacco stem packet processing has the following advantages：①Peduncle good structure;② Peduncle processing total loss rate is low;③ Peduncle sensory quality is better.
