过岗龙片薄层色谱鉴别 被引量:1

The Identification Methods of Thin-layer Chromatography for Tablets of Guoganglong

摘要 目的:建立过岗龙片的薄层鉴别方法。方法:以3’,4’,5’,5,7-五甲氧基黄酮和3’,4’-亚甲二氧基-5’,5,6,7-四甲氧基黄酮为对照品,对过岗龙片进行薄层鉴别,并考察不同展开系统、不同点样量、不同薄层板、薄层板不同厚度、不同检视方式、不同CMC-Na浓度、不同温度、不同湿度对过岗龙片薄层色谱的影响。结果:以3’,4’,5’,5,7-五甲氧基黄酮和3’,4’-亚甲二氧基-5’,5,6,7-四甲氧基黄酮为对照品,石油醚-乙酸乙酯(2:5)为展开系统,过岗龙片薄层鉴别特征明显,专属性强。结论:该方法可行性好,可作为过岗龙片的薄层鉴别方法。 Objective:To establish a TLC identification method for tablets of guoganglong. Methods:With 3',4 '-methyLenedioxy-5 ', 5,6,7-tetramethoxyfLavone and 3 ', 4 ' , 5 ', 5,7-pentamethoxyfLavone as the reference substances, different development system, different spotting sample volume, different thin chromatography plate, different thickness of the thin Layer plate, different inspection, different concentration of CMC-Na, different temperature and different humidity were investigated. Results:With 3', 4 '-methyLenedioxy-5 ', 5,6,7-tetramethoxyfLavone and 3 ', 4 ', 5 ', 5,7- pentamethoxyflavone as the reference substances, TLC i- dentification for tablets of guoganglong was high specificity with Petroleum ether - ethyl acetate(2..5) as the development system. Conclusion:The method established for tablets of guoganglong is feasible and reproducible, and can be used as tablets of guogan- glong identification.
