摘要
目的:考察瑶药透骨消痛膏经皮给药的安全性。方法:将透骨消痛膏贴敷于家兔背部完整或破损脱毛区,通过单次和多次皮肤刺激性试验,观察其产生的皮肤刺激性,并对刺激强度进行评价。结果:透骨消痛膏对完整家兔皮肤存在轻度刺激性,除去膏药后,皮肤很快结痂并恢复正常。结论:透骨消痛膏的刺激性属于药物对人体病患处的排毒反应,将患处局部寒、湿、毒从皮肤排泄出来,可视为一种治疗作用。
Objective： To investigate the security of Yao medicine Touguxiaotong paste. Methods ： Sticking Touguxiaotong Paste to hair removal area of rabbits back, which divided into completed and damaged area groups, Through single and multiple skin irritation test, observing the resulting skin irritation, and then evaluated the strength of the stimulus, gesults：Touguxiaotong Paste has irri- tating to intact skin on rabbit, after removing the drug, skin irritation quickly turn into crusting,then return to normal. Conclu- sion. The irritant on the human body belongs to detoxification reaction of Touguxiaotong Paste, which excreted cold, wet, poison from skin on the patient department,as a therapeutic effect.
