摘要
分类引导是新时期高校思想政治工作的创新手段,分类即为对受教育群体和教育载体进行分类,从而选择科学、合理的思想引领载体。从高校贫困学生群体出发,运用AHP(层次分析法)构建了思想引领载体遴选最优决策模型,通过德尔菲法确定了评价指标之间的权重,运用随机抽样调查法收集了相应数据,最终通过定量与定性分析,得出了高校贫困学生思想引领最优载体,从而为高校思想政治教育改革提供参考。
Instructional classification is an innovative approach to do college thought and political work. Its purpose is to classify the members of the educated group and choose a more scientific and reasonable thought leading carrier. In this research, the author built the AHP model, decided the weights with the aid of Delphi method, and collected data with random sampling method. Through the analysis of the collected qualitative and quantitative data, the author finally obtained the optimal thought leading carrier. Furthermore, it could also provide reference for education reform in this field.
