摘要
职业教育的发展,直接关系着区域经济的发展规律,反过来区域经济的特点决定职业教育的人才培养目标。职业院校的专业设置需要在分析区域产业结构和人才需求的基础上结合教育资源进行科学的论证;在区域经济产业对接背景下,构建与区域经济对应的专业课程体系;开展校企深度合作,构建与产业链对接的职业资格认证体系。
The development of vocational education is closely related to the development of regional economic development; in turn, the characteristics of regional economy reflect the talents training goal of vocational education. The setup of majors in vocational colleges should be based on the analysis of the regional industrial structure and talent demand in advance. The setup should be the result of scientific argument on education resources as well. Under the background of regional economic industries docking, vocational colleges should construct professional curriculum system corresponding to regional economy, conduct profound cooperation with industries, and build a professional qualification certification system docking with the industrial chain.
