摘要
食品安全关乎民众的身体健康和生命安全。农村食品制作加工卫生条件较差,监管不到位,许多伪劣食品充斥农村的食品消费市场,危害着群众的身体健康,影响着社会和谐稳定。要从完善统一权威的食品药品安全监管机构,建立最严格的覆盖全过程的监管制度,建立食品原产地可追溯制度和质量标识制度等方面加强对农村食品安全管理。
Food safety relates to people's health and life safety. The sanitary conditions of food processing in rural areas are quite poor, because of lack of supervision, counterfeit and inferior food flood into rural food market, which does great harm to people's health and social harmony and stability. Government should improve and perfect authoritative food and drug safety regulators, establish the most stringent supervision system covering the whole process, establish a food origin traceability system and quality identification system, so as to strenghten rural food safety management.
