摘要
通过视觉传感器从无遮拦的端部获取棒材数字图像，在计算机中采用灵活的图像处理技术，分析并提取棒材截面的特征进行检测、计数，具有速度快、精度高、适应性强等特点。因此，近年来基于机器视觉的自动检测技术得到了广泛的重视和应用。
The digital image of bars was achieved from the end without barrier through vision sensor, then by taking the flexible image processing technique in computer, the characteristics of bar section was ana- lyzed and extracted, followed with detecting and counting. The method has the characteristics of high speed, high precision and strong adaptability, therefore, the automatic detection technique based on machine vision has been paid great attention to and applied widely in recent years.
