摘要
文章通过黄芪建中汤治胃痛案、苓桂术甘汤治胃痞案、小柴胡汤治呕吐案介绍吾师陆为民运用经方治疗脾胃病的经验。陆师使用经方首先抓其主证,并结合体质辨证,据"有是证,用是药",先抓主证而后立方,根据病情,灵活加减化裁,疗效显著。
This article introduces three proved cases of my mentor LU Weimin＇s experience using classical prescription in the treatment of spleen and stomach disease,including Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of stomachache, Linggui Zhugan Decoction in the treatment of stomach fullness, Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of vomiting. He uses the classical prescrip- tion by grasping its main symptom first and combining with physical differentiation. He uses medicine based on the main symp- tom, and grasps the main syndrome, the formula will be established according to the condition. The curative effect is remarkable.
