摘要
对D(-)-双氢苯甘氨酸现行工业化路线进行分析指出存在的不足,并提出改进方案,通过调整反应体系各物料配比并改变目标产物纯化结晶方式达到大幅降低反应副产物4,5-二氢环己烯甘氨酸的目的。合成工艺改进后D(-)-双氢苯甘氨酸产率92%以上,4,5-二氢环己烯甘氨酸含量1.2%以下。

Improved Synthesis of D (-)-2,5-Dihydrophen- ylglycine yield 92% or more and 4,5 - dihydro cyclohexene glycine 1.2% or less.
