摘要
针对某电厂9E燃气轮机燃料清吹控制阀故障造成燃烧模式切换失败的案例,介绍了故障现象,对燃料清吹系统进行了分析,并提出了改善控制气源的质量及提高控制阀所处的DLN阀站环境等应对措施,保证了清吹控制阀在恶劣环境下动作正确可靠。通过对故障的分析和处理,在确保控制逻辑正确动作的同时还需要考虑到控制设备所处的环境气候和安装工艺,有助于及早防范和发现问题,从而提高机组运行的可靠性。
There is a case of 9E gas turbine that combustion mode failed to switch which is caused by gas purge control valve fault . This article presents the fault phenomenon , and analyses the fuel gas purge system , in addition, it proposes some measures such as im-proving the quality of air source as well as the DLN value station's environment where the control values are placed .By analyzing and processing the fault, we conclude that we should ensure the right logic action and also need to consider the environment and climate , installation process where the control equipments are located , which will contribute to nip in the bud and find out the trouble early . Thereby, the operation reliability of the unit can be effectively improved .
