摘要
分析了汽车前端造型因素对行人髋部碰撞的影响,提出了以降低碰撞能量输入为目标的车型外轮廓设计方法,并建立了髋部冲击器与某实车车型发动机罩前缘碰撞模型。基于该模型对其行人髋部碰撞保护性能进行了分析评估,结合各个碰撞位置的局部结构特征,进行了有针对性的结构改进设计。仿真结果表明,通过增设可变形吸能结构、削减局部结构刚度等措施,可以改善髋部冲击器的碰撞波形,降低损伤指标的峰值,为以Euro NCAP评价为目标的实车造型和结构设计提供参考。
In this paper,the effects of vehicle front-end styling on pedestrian upperleg impact are analyzed,a vehicle front-end styling method for lower impact energy input is proposed,and a model for the impact between upper legform impactor and the engine hood front edge of a real vehicle is built.With the model the performance of pedestrian upper leg impact protection is evaluated,and the strudture modification design is conducted based on the local structural features at impact positions.The results of simulation show that taking measures such as adding deformable energy absorbing structures and reducing local structure stiffness can improve the impact waveform of upper legform impactor and lower the peak value of injury index,providing references for the styling and structure design of real vehicles for higher Euro NCAP rating.
