摘要
先天性心脏病的患者,传统上必须采取开胸手术才能得以根治。近10余年来,由于心血管介入诊疗技术的迅速发展,相当一部分先心患者可以通过心导管介入微创治疗治愈,使之成为先心病的重要诊疗手段。来华的心内科留学生也对此非常感兴趣,热切期望学习该技术。但心血管介入技术门槛高,并具有一定的风险。本文结合我科留学生培训的教学实践,探索留学生的先心病介入规范化培训,使之能满足留学生的学习要求,同时也确保了医疗安全。
Patients with congenial heart disease （CHD）could be cured by means of open heart surgery traditionally .Since over the past decade ,with the development of cardiovascular interventional tech-nology ,a great number of patients with CHD could be treated through thanscatheter interventional therapy ,which has become an important method to treat CHD .Foreign students show great interest in cardiovascular interventional technique ,and eager to learn it .However ,cadiovascular interventional technique is an operation which is complicated and exists some potential medical risks .Combined with our interventional teaching practices for forgein students ,we want to research how to standardize teaching of interventional therapy of CHD to meet reasonable needs of foreign students under the premise of ensuring medical safety .
