摘要
团队是指有共同目标的不同人结合在一起的组织。团队中队员之间的通力协作是完成很多事件的关键因素。医学机能实验是一门独立的系统研究组织器官的功能代谢变化的实验学课程,属于融合性学科,该课程教学任务的高质量完成离不开教师与学生的团队意识。本文作者结合当代医学生的特点,探讨了在医学机能实验教学中培养团队意识的重要意义及措施。
Team is the organization composed of different people who have a same goal .Well collabora-tion between team members is a key factor to complete a lot of events .Medical functional experiment course is an independent discipline that systematically study of the functional and metabolic changes in tissues and organs ,which belong to integration of disciplines .The high quality of teaching task com-pletion requires the teamwork between teachers and students .Current study will combine the charac-teristics of contemporary medical students to discuss the importance and measure of team spirit train-ing in the process of medical functional experiment teaching .
