摘要
针对由烟农和烟草工业企业组成的两级供应链的整体利益,考虑我国烟草行业的特殊性,在信息共享的前提下,建立一个基于完全信息动态博弈的协同定价模型,实现烟农收益最大化的同时,使种植面积尽可能接近计划值。进而计算烟叶种植产量对博弈双方的风险弹性系数,结果表明:该定价模型成功将烟叶种植的风险进行转移,保障了烟农的利益;国家烟草专卖局的政策性调控对烟叶采购供应链的风险承担有很大影响。
According to the overall interests of the two-echelon tobacco supply chain composed of the tobacco industry enterprises and tobacco growers,considering the particularity of Chinese tobacco industry, under the prerequisites of sharing the full information, a collaborative pricing model based on a complete information dynamic game was established, and has realized tobacco growers' revenue maximization and acreage as close as possible to the planned value. Then risk elasticity coefficient of the tobacco planting yield to the game parties has been calculated, and the results show that the collaborative pricing model transferred risk of the tobacco planting yield successfully to protect the interests of growers, and the policy of State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau plays an important role in risk taking of tobacco purchasing supply chain.
