摘要
目的:对肝胆外科胆道手术后常见胆漏的原因及治疗进行探索。方法:回顾性分析2010年6月-2011年10月来笔者所在医院进行胆道手术发生胆漏患者8例的临床资料,患者平均年龄55岁,其中男6例,女2例。主要外科手术方式为腹腔镜胆囊切除、开腹胆囊切除、胰十二指肠切除术,均根据病史、临床表现、影像学检查及腹腔穿刺,诊断为胆漏,所有患者均采取保守治疗。结果:8例患者均在住院期间全部治愈。结论:胆漏重在预防,手术操作不熟练容易引起胆漏。
Objective：To explore common causes and treatment of bile leakage after hepatobiliary biliary tract surgery.Method：Clinical data of 8 cases with bile leakage after biliary tract surgery from June 2010 to October 2011 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and the mean age was 55 years,and 6 cases were male,and 2 cases were female.The main abdominal surgical approaches were laparoscopic cholecystectomy,cholecystectomy and pancreatoduodenectomy,and patients were diagnosed as bile leakage according to surgical history,clinical manifestations,abdominal puncture and imagine test. All patients were treated conservatively.Result：All of 8 cases with bile leakage were cured in the hospital.Conclusion：The prevention of bile leakage should be focused,and the unskilled operation can easily lead Bile leakage.
