摘要
目的:探讨无缝隙健康教育在内镜下肠息肉电切术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2011年1月-2013年1月笔者所在医院200例行内镜下肠息肉电切术的患者作为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为干预组和非干预组,各100例。干预组进行无缝隙健康教育,非干预组行常规治疗,观察两组患者手术前的血压、心率、呼吸等基本生命体征。结果:两组患者术前1 h血压、心率、呼吸频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术前即刻血压、心率、呼吸频率均上升或增加,但干预组均低于非干预组(P<0.05)。结论:无缝隙健康教育应用于内镜下肠息肉电切术患者,可稳定患者的术前基本生命体征,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the application effect of the seamless health education in endoscopic intestinal polyp electrotomy patients. Method：A total of 200 patients with endoscopic intestinal polyp electrotomy from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected as observation objects,and they were divided into the intervention group and the non intervention group by the random table,and there were 100 cases in each group.The intervention group received the seamless health education,and the non intervention group received the routine treatment,and blood pressure,heart rate,respiration and other basic vital signs of patients in the two groups before operation were observed.Result：The blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory rate of patients in the two groups before operation 1 hour,and the differences were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）,and that in the intervention group immediately were significantly lower than in the non intervention group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of the seamless health education in endoscopic intestinal polyp electrotomy patients can stabilize preoperative basic vital signs of patients,and it is worthy of clinical applying.
