摘要
目的:分析优质护理应用于胃镜检查过程中的效果。方法:以笔者所在医院2013年1-3月进行优质护理的76例胃镜检查患者为护理组,以应用常规护理的76例患者为常规组,分析对比两组患者的血压、脉搏等变动情况及恶心发生次数。结果:两组血压、脉搏及恶心呕吐次数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:优质护理应用在胃镜检查中可稳定患者的情绪,提高护理有效率,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To analyze the effect of quality care in gastroscopy process.Method：A total of 76 patients with gastroscopy received quality care in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2013 were set as the care group,and 76 patients used the conventional care were set as the conventional group,and changes of blood pressure and pulse and nausea occurrences of two groups were analyzed and compared.Result：Changes of blood pressure and pulse and nausea occurrences of the two groups were compared,and differences between two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The quality care in gastroscopy process can greatly stabilize the patient’s mood,improve care efficiency,alleviate pain of patients,and it is worthy of promoting and applying in the clinical.
