摘要
采用 Nova- Pak C18色谱柱 ,以甲醇 :水 =75 :2 5混合溶液为流动相 ,用双波长检测器检测 ,检测波长为 2 5 0 nm和 2 80 nm ,在 6 min内实现 6种有机磷和 2种氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂的同时分离测定。该方法简单 ,灵敏度高 。
In this assay,6 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide and 2 kinds of carbamate pesticide were simultaneously seperated on chromatographic Nova-Pak C 18 column by mobile phase of mixture of methanol:water=75:25 in volume, and determined with double-wavelength detector at 250nm and 280nm within 6 minutes This method was simply satisfactaryly applied in determination of pesticides in environmental water samples, with high sensitivity
