摘要
本文通过分析美国环保基础设施市场化融资中债券工具的应用，并结合我国实际情况，提出利用债券这一金融工具来解决环保基础设施融通资金中存在的障碍和问题，并提出了若干努力方向和具体措施。
By analyzing the application of bond instrument in market financing of the environmental protection infrastructure in the United States,The paper puts forward the utilization of bond to solve the problems and obstructions in the financing of environmental protection infrastructure and the concrete methods.
