摘要
本文介绍了我国摩托车工业及排放控制技术的发展状况，并对解决摩托车排放严重超标提出了技术和政策建议。
This paper introduces the development status of motorcycle industry and emission control techniques, and puts forward some technical and policy suggestions on solving problems of pollutants emitted from motorcycles far beyond standard in China.
