摘要
本文提出了一种从发酵液中提取柠檬酸的新方法 -乳状液膜分离法 ,讨论了该方法的基本原理及传递过程 ,其机理为 型促进迁移。考察了表面活性剂、载体和内相试剂浓度对提取率的影响 ,确定了合适的膜配方 ,在该体系和一定的操作条件下 ,柠檬酸的提取率可达到 85
A new method of emulsion liquied membrane separation for extracting the citric acid in the fermentation liquor was introduced in this paper. The basic principle and the transfer process were discussed. It was found that the mechanism is the type Ⅱ promoting migration. The influoncies of the surfactant concentration, carrier cancentraction and the concentration of inner phase reagent on the extraction rate were studied. The proper membrance composition was determined. It was found that the extraction rate of citric acid reached 85% under given conditions.
