分析了高校图书馆图书流通率的变化趋势,阐述了增强人性化服务理念以提高图书借阅率的问题,提出了营造温馨宁静的阅读环境、加强对读者的培训与互动等人性化服务策略。
This paper analyzes the variation trends of the book circulation rate in university library, expounds the problem of strengthening the humanized service concept to improve the book circulation rate, and puts forward some humanized service strategies such as creating a sweet and quiet reading environment, and strengthening the training and interaction for readers, etc.
