从图书情报知识、外语水平、计算机应用能力、信息素质、农科专业素质等5个方面,论述了地方综合型大学农科图书馆员综合素养的培养。
This paper discusses the cultivation of the agricultural subject librarians＇comprehensive quality in local comprehensive university from five aspects of the knowledge of library and information science, the level of foreignlanguage, the ability of computer application, the information literacy and the agricultural professional quality.
