摘要
[目的]观察平补脾肾方治疗肾脾气（阳）虚型慢性肾功能衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将38例门诊患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组19例包醛氧淀粉，10g／次，3次／d，口服。大黄胶囊，0．5g／次，3次／d，口服。药用炭，1．2～1．6g／次，3次／d，口服。治疗组19例平补脾肾方（黄芪、白术、红参、山药、杜仲、三七、刺五加、仙茅、车前子、菟丝子各20g，熟大黄、淫羊藿、巴戟天各15g），1剂／d，常规水1000mL煎至400mL，早晚口服。病情较重配合结肠透析。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症候积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程。判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效13例，有效5例，无效l例，总有效率94．74％。对照组显效7例．有效6例，无效6例，总有效率68．42％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）。症候积分两组均有改善（P〈O．01）．治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0．01）。[结论]平补脾肾方治疗肾脾气（阳）虚型慢性肾功能衰竭效果显著．值得推广。
[ Objective ] To observe the replenishing spleen and Kidney Decoction in the treatment of renal temper （ Yang ） deficiency of curative effect of chronic renal failure. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods, 38 patients were divided into two groups according to the. A control group of 19 cases of coated dialdehyde starch, 10g/, 3/d, oral. Rhubarb capsule, 0.5g/, 3/d, oral. Medicinal charcoal, 1.2 - 1.6g/, 3 / d, oral. The treatment group of 19 cases of reinforcing the spleen and kidney. （ Huangqi, Baizhu, Hongshen, Shanyao, Duzhong, Sanqi, Ciwujia, Xianmao, Cheqianzi, Tusizi each 20g, Shudahuang, Yinyanghuo, Bajitian each 15g ）, 1 doses of/d, conventional 1000mL and fry until 400mL, sooner or later oral. If patients with more serious illness, it should be combined with colon dialysis treatment. Continuous treatment with 90d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, syndromes, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. 13 cases of group therapy. [ Results ] 5 cases were effective, 1 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 94.74%. The control group was 7 cases, effective 6 cases, invalid 6 cases, the total efficiency of 68.42%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈 0.01 ） . Symptom scores in two groups were improved （ P〈 0.01 ）, the treatment group was better than the control group （ P〈 0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] Nourishing spleen and Kidney Decoction in the treatment of renal temper （ Yang ） effect of chronic renal failure deficiency significantly, worthy of promotion.
