摘要
[目的]观察二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗咳嗽疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将127例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组63例复方甲氧那明胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d,饭后温水送服。治疗组64例二陈汤合三子养亲汤(白芥子14g,桂枝26g,茯苓7g,法半夏、苏子各9g,细辛10g,陈皮8g,莱菔子18g,甘草6g);1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈48例,显效9例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率98.44%。对照组治愈25例,显效13例,有效11例,无效14例,总有效率77.78%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗咳嗽效果显著,不良反应少,值得推广。

[ Results ] 48 cases were cured , 9 eases markedly effective in 6 cases, one case , the total efficiency of 98.44% . In the control group were cured 25 cases , effective in 13 cases , effective in 11 cases, 14 cases , the total efficiency of 77.78%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . The incidence of adverse reactions treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Erchen raised three sons together pro- Treated cough effect is significant , adverse reactions , should be introduced.
