常减压装置采取措施积极推行清洁生产 ,采用新工艺、新技术、新设备、新材料 ,消除或减少了污染的产生 。
sInnovations and measures combined with present process were taken, as well as management was improved to realize cleaning production in crude distillation unit. After new technology, new equipments and new materials were applied, the pollution sources were reduced or extinguished, so that good social and economic benefits were achieved.
