甜瓜叶面积RIL群体主基因+多基因混合遗传模型分析 被引量:6

Genetic analysis of leaf area in melon(Cucumis melo L.) with major gene plus polygene mixed genetic model by using recombinant inbred lines(RILs) population

摘要 研究甜瓜叶面积的遗传规律,采用RILs群体主基因+多基因混合遗传模型分析法,在春秋两季,通过叶面积较小甜瓜品系"WI998"与叶面积较大品系"3-2-2"杂交所得重组自交系群体(RILs),对叶面积遗传特性进行分析。为甜瓜株型和高光效育种提供理论基础。春季叶面积遗传受两对隐性上位主基因、无多基因模型(B_1_5)控制,主基因遗传率为98.93%,多基因遗传率为0;秋季叶面积遗传同样受两对隐性上位主基因、无多基因模型(B_1_5)控制,主基因遗传率为98.15%,多基因遗传率为0。甜瓜叶面积主要受两对隐性上位主基因控制,没有多基因作用,不同季节稳定遗传,同时也受环境变异的影响。 The inheritance law of leaf area in melon was studied for providing a theoretical basis for plant type and high photosynthetic efficiency breeding. Recombinant inbred lines(RILs)derived from the cross of WI998 × 3-2-2 with small leaflet and big leaflet were used to study the inheritance of melon leaf area by RIL mixed major gene plus polygene inheritance models. The results showed that the inheritance of leaf area fitted two pairs of epistatic recessiveness major genes plus no polygene model(B_1_5) in spring. The major gene heritability of RILs were estimated to be 98.93%, and the polygene heritability to be 0. In autumn, the inheritance of leaf area also fitted two pairs of epistatic recessiveness major genes plus no polygene model(B_1_5). The major gene heritability of RILs was estimated to be 98.15%, the polygene heritability to be 0. Leaf area in melon was controlled by two pairs epistatic recessiveness major genes plus no polygene, and heritability leaf area was stable in different seasons, and also affected by the environment.
