摘要
通过分析当前行业造价控制的现状,找出了项目设计阶段工程造价问题之所在,指出工程设计阶段是项目的质量、工期和成本控制的最关键环节,只有采取针对性的措施予以控制,才能有效的降低投资,实现设计的最终目标——适用、安全和经济。
Through the analysis on cost control current status of industry, this paper found out the cost problems of engineering cost in projects design scheme construction, pointed out that the engineering design scheme was the most key link of project quality, schedule and cost control, only to take specific measures to control, could effectively reduce investment, achieved the ultimate design goal application, safety and economic.
