摘要
目的观察采用循经弹拨推拿法治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为循经弹拨治疗组30例和传统推拿对照组30例。观察治疗前后2组肩部疼痛症状、体征与功能积分、总体疗效、肌电图的变化,进行疗效比较。结果治疗组总有效率90.0%,明显高于对照组的72.4%,且治疗组治疗前后在症状、体征、功能及肌电图检查方面有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循经弹拨推拿疗法治疗肩关节周围炎能镇静安神,减少神经兴奋效应,缓解痉挛,进而恢复肩关节功能。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Plucked String Manipulations on periarthritis of shoulder. Method 60 cases with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into plucked string treatment group （30 cases） and traditional massage control group （30 cases）. The changes of shoulder pain symptoms, functional integration, the overall effect and elec- tromyogram were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Result The changes of shoulder pain symptoms, functional integration and electromyogram in the treatment group have remarkable differences through the data statistics processing （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Plucked String Manipulations for treating periarthritis of shoulder has dis- tinct effect.
