摘要
利用场匹配理论建立多层窗片结构输出窗的传输级联矩阵,设计出了可承受40kW的Ku波段宽带回旋行波管双窗片结构输出窗。用三维仿真软件HFSS进行模拟,并与MATLAB数值计算结果进行比较,两者结果吻合较好。在15~17GHz的频带内,圆形双窗片结构输出窗的反射系数小于-17.7dB,传输系数大于S21〉-0.08dB。对实验样品的冷测实验表明:在15~17GHz的频带内反射系数小于-17.5dB。
A novel type of the circular, double-disk high-frequency output window, with an average power capacity over 40 kW for the Ku-band TE11 mode gyro traveling wave tube (TWT) , was designed by means of the scattering matrix, derived by the mode-matching theory for the multilayer output window. The newly-developed output window was simulated with the 3-D software package HFSS,and numerically calculated with the software package MATLAB. The results, simulated with the two different software packages, were found to be in good agreement. The simulated results show that in the 15 - 17 GHz range, the window has a reflection coefficient, 511 〈 - 17.7 dB, and a transmission coefficient 521 〉 - 0.08 dB. The cold test results show that the output window has a reflection coefficient 511 〈 - 17 . 5 dB, at a frequency ranging from 15 to 17 GHz.
