摘要
以超低功耗单片机MSP430F149作为核心,设计了一套通过控制步进电机的方向和转速来实现流量控制的微量计量泵控制系统.采用模糊PID控制方式,实现了步进电机的闭环控制,并用LabVIEW开发了上位机控制显示界面,通过RS-232实现与上位机的串口通信.该系统稳定性好、控制精度高.
The ultralowpower MSP430FI49 was set as the core in this paper to develop a set of trace mete ring pump control system, which could achieve flow control by controlling the stepper motor. We realized closed loop control of stepper motor by a Fuzzy PID Control method, developed a PC control display interface using LabVIEW, and achieved serial port communication with PC via RS 232. The system with good stability was highly efficient.
