摘要
苯酚和氢醌对皮肤有美白作用,但很多国家规定了苯酚和氢醌在去斑美白类化妆品中为禁用或限用物质。综述了近年来化妆品中苯酚和氢醌测定方法的研究进展,重点论述了分光光度法、色谱法和毛细管电泳法。展望了苯酚和氢醌测定方法的研究发展趋势。
Phenol and hydroquinone have effects on skin-whitening, but many countries stipulated phenol and hydroquinone as banned or restricted substances in skin-whitening and anti-freckle cosmetics. In present paper, the progress on determination of phenol and hydroquinone in cosmetics was briefly summarized. Spectrophotometry, chromatography and capillary electrophoresis methods were emphasized, and the tendency of determination method was prospected.
