摘要
菌物基因组因其相对较小、基因结构较简单、容易被测序和注释、细胞周期短、易于遗传操作等优点而成为真核生物基因组研究的最佳模式生物。文中综述了菌物基因组的结构特点,整理了菌物基因组测序相关信息,并简单描述了重要模式菌物的基因组概况,为进一步开展菌物基因组研究提供重要数据信息。
The genomes of fungi have been used as a model of eukaryote gene expression and function for their small size,simple structure,easily being sequenced,short cell cycle and easily being manipulated . The structural characteristics of fungal genomes were reviewed .The information of genome sequencing was sorted out and some genomes of the model fungi were described .All of these will provide important infor-mation for further researches on fungal genomics .
