当下,安全、节能、低碳、环保已经成为整个社会发展的关键词,这在国内客车业的影响更加深刻,客车业内竞争的实质越来越体现为技术创新能力的竞争.2013年,我国客车市场出现了诸多新情况、新问题,与此同时也孕育着新机遇和新挑战.中国公路协会客车分会相关专家在2013年初曾表示,下一阶段客车技术制高点将表现在3个方面：一是新能源,二是车辆的远程控制技术,三是客车的主动安全技术,这3项技术的成熟推广和应用,将使客车产品发生革命性的变化.
In 2013, Yutong contributed a great much to R & D for innovative technologies, such as positive-safety technology, 'ReCtrl'—A Hightech Electronic-control Technology Platform for new energy vehicles, prevention of forgetting, and remotecontrol system, etc., which consequently not only had helped smooth and healthy development of the company, but also driven the innovative changing of the industrial technology for more safety, environmentfriendly and energy-saving products.
