摘要
人才培养是高等教育最根本的使命和最本质的要求,也是高等教育质量的第一体现。高等中医药院校要把人才培养水平作为衡量中医药高等教育质量的首要指标,把医教研协同创新作为提高中医药高等教育质量的突破口,走内涵式发展道路,深化教育教学改革,全面提高人才培养质量,为我国中医药事业和地方经济社会发展提供坚实的人才保证和智力支撑。
TCM colleges and universities should take the level of TCM talent training as the first indicator for measuring the quality of TCM higher education, take collaborative innovation of medicine, teaching and research as the breakthrough of raising quality of TCM higher education, track road of connotative development, deepen reform of teaching, and all-round improve training quality of TCM talents.
