摘要
以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇为软段，N-甲基二乙醇胺为亲水单体，自制嵌段聚醚硅油为扩链改性剂，制备阳离子水性聚氨酯整理剂。采用该整理剂和嵌段聚醚硅油对羊绒针织物进行同浴整理，织物的抗起毛起球从2-3级提高到4级，洗涤毡缩率从11.2％降到3.3％，织物透湿、透气性与亲水性良好，手感柔软，且织物色光基本不变。
Cationic waterborne polyurethane finishing agent is prepared with polytetramethylene ether glycol as soft segment, N-methyl diethanolamine as hydrophilic unit, and the self-made polyether silicone block copolymer as chain extender. The finishing agent and the polyether silicone are used to cashmere knitted fabric finishing in one bath. The results show that the fin- ished fabric has improved pilling resistance from Grade 2 ～ 3 to Grade 4, and the shrinkage after washing has declined from 11.2% to 3.3 %. The finished fabric features good hydrophilic, moisture- and air- permeability, soft feeling.
