摘要
新型城镇化和新农村建设都是我国长期而艰巨的历史任务,必须充分认识二者之间的辩证关系。首先,要以科学发展观为指导,努力形成城乡一体化发展的新理念;其次,新型城镇化增强了对农村的辐射和带动作用,有利于解决"三农"问题;再次,新农村建设是缩小城乡差别的根本途径,也是推动新型城镇化的必由之路;最后,在制定发展战略时,要把新型城镇化和新农村建设联系起来,统筹规划,努力实现两者的良性互动。
The new urbanization and new rural construction are both our country＇s long-term ano arduous historical task, we must fully understand the dialectical relationship between these. First of all, to effort to form a new concept of integrated development of urban and rural areas guided by the scientific development view; Secondly, the new urbanization enhanced the radiation and leading role to rural areas, is helpful to solve the ＂three rural＂ issue; In addition, the new rural construction is the fundamental way to reduce the urban-rural divide, is also the only way to promote the new urbanization; Finally, to formulate development strategies, we should make new urbanization and new rural construction linked to overall planning, efforts to achieve the positive interaction.
