摘要
目的:观察优质护理服务应用于胃出血患者中的临床价值。方法:选取2012年1月-2013年5月本院急诊病房收住的胃出血患者76例进行研究,按住院顺序将患者分为试验组和对照组各38例,两组患者均予以常规护理方案,试验组在此基础上增加优质护理服务,比较两组患者的临床有效率及术后出血的发生率。结果:试验组和对照组临床有效率分别为97.37%、78.95%,试验组临床有效率明显优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组38例中,成功止血37例,术后发生出血1例,后经处理痊愈,有效率为97.37%。对照组38例中,成功止血32例,术后再出血6例,有效率为84.21%。试验组生活质量、治疗满意度显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将优质护理服务应用于胃出血患者能明显改善患者生活质量、降低术后出血的发生率,提高临床治疗效果,促进医患关系的健康发展,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the clinical value of high quality nursing for patients with stomach bleeding.Method：76 patients with stomach bleeding were divided into the experiment group and the control group in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2013,38 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing scheme,and the experiment group was also given high quality nursing.Clinical effective rate and occurrence rate of postoperative bleeding of the two groups were compared.Result：Clinical effective rate of experiment group and control group were separately 97.37% and 78.95%（P〈0.05）.Among the 38 cases of experiment group,37 cases were stopped bleeding successfully and one case had postoperative bleeding which was cured after treatment,the effective rate was 97.37%.Among the 38 cases of control group,32 cases were stopped bleeding successfully and 6 cases had postoperative bleeding,the effective rate was 84.21%.The quality of life and treatment satisfaction of the experiment group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of high quality nursing for patients with stomach bleeding can obviously improve their life qualities,lower occurrence rate of postoperative bleeding,improve clinical effect and promote healthy development of doctor-patient relationship,so it is worth of being popularized in clinical work.
