摘要
华威大学经过40多年的发展,现已成为世界著名的创业型大学,通过对其历史发展的研究,得出华威大学之所以能够保持持久的发展与其办学理念有很重要的关系。华威大学始终坚持适者生存和以学术为中心的理念、始终保持一种创业精神,每一时期都在积极地调整自己的办学理念,它通过与工业、社区和政府的合作,并将企业家的创业精神融入到学校办学中。
After 40 years of development , the University of Warwick has become a world -renowned entrepre-neurial university .In this paper , through studying its historical development , maintaining the sustainable develop-ment of its educational philosophy is the key .Warwick always adheres to the survival of the fittest and academic philosophy , always maintains an entrepreneurial spirit , and each period they adjust their educational philosophy ac-tively.Through cooperating with industry , community and government , the innovative spirit of entrepreneurs is put into the university to the excellent university .
