聚硅酸硫酸铝絮凝剂的制备及其相关性研究 被引量:13

摘要 用硅酸钠、硫酸铝制备聚硅酸硫酸铝絮凝剂(简称PSAS),得到了优化后的制 备工艺条件.与聚合氯化铝(PAC)的絮凝性能相比,PSAS性能优于PAC.同时利用 透射电镜、X光衍射分析方法对PSAS进行了形态分析,并对PSAS的稳定性进行 了研究,结果表明PSAS中加入一定量水溶性有机溶剂,有助于提高PSAS的稳定 性,且对其絮凝性能几乎没有影响. Polysilic aluminium sulphate flocculant was prepared by using sodium silicate and aluminium sulphate as raw materials in this paper. The optimum preparation parameters were acquired. The flocculent performance of PSAS was better than that of PAC, so PSAS has certain practical value. And the pattern of PSAS was studied by using TEM and XRD instrument analysis methods. Moreover, the steadiness of PSAS was investigated and the result indicates that the organic solvent added in PSAS could improve the steadiness of PSAS and would not affect the flocculent function of PSAS.
