摘要 目的通过总结本院2011—2012年的门急诊处方点评工作,分析不合格处方的类型分布。方法每月按照随机原则抽取各科室处方100张,按照点评制度,将不合格处方归纳,上报及公示。结果从不合格处方类型分析看,用药频率错误、超剂量用药及处方量超标等问题已得到很好改善,诊断与用药不符的处方较多。结论处方点评工作要常抓不懈,并需要医师、药师的专业配合。 Objective To analyze the type distribution of the unqualified prescription, through summarizing the 2011 -2012 prescription evaluation. Methods A total of 100 pieces of prescription from every department every month were randomly sampled and evaluated. The unqualified prescriptions were reported. Results The medication errors and over dosage had been improved greatly after the 2 years evaluation. The diagnosis and medication discrepancies were common. Conclusion Prescription evaluation should resist unremittingly, and the pharmacist should coordinate with the doctor inseparably.
