摘要
介绍一种适用于老机改造的找性剑杆织机连杆齿带式引纬机构。结合Ｋ８５型丝织机的织机参数，结出了优化设计的方法，得到了较为合理的引纬机构参数，并对优化设计结果、剑杆运动规律进行了联合分析。
This paper discusses the design principle of the weft inserting meehanism of the linkage-toothed belt for a flexible rapier loom. The technology may suitable for the shuttle loam reforming. Based on the requirement of the weft insertion process and parameters of K85 silk loom, it introsuces an optimum design and shows the rational results about the mechanism parameters and the rapier move- ment. Also, the comprehensive analysis of the design is illustrated.
